Our CASITA PLAYA is one of the few properties located right in front of the ocean in San Juan. Only few steps from Isla Verde Beach, restaurants, museums, Old San Juan and more. UNIQUE DETAIL: Casita Playa can be connected to Casa Sirena to accommodate up to 18 people.

CASITA PLAYA has 3 bedrooms inside the main house and an extra bedroom in an outside cottage. All 4 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms plus one powder room in the living area. The master bedroom with ocean view has a king size bed and a two-sink bathroom. The 2nd room has a queen size bed and full bathroom inside the room. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom in front of the room. The 4th bedroom is located in a cottage outside the main house with full bathroom inside and a bunk with full bed and a twin on top which accommodates 2 people. CASITA PLAYA has capacity for 8 guests, but one additional guest can sleep in an inflatable for an extra $50/day. A 10-foot wall around the house makes CASITA PLAYA a very private retreat.

Please note no pets, no parties, no events. No exceptions. This keeps the property close to perfect and we cannot make exceptions. Guests after midnight are considered overnight guests.
